This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how services are delivered through our platform. As all offerings by Aparna Changalwala are digital and online, there are no physical products shipped.

1. Delivery Method

All services are delivered through:

  • Zoom/WhatsApp/Google Meet for live sessions

  • Email or course portal access for digital content

2. Booking Confirmation

Once your payment is successful:

  • You will receive a booking confirmation and session details within 24 hours

  • Webinar links or course materials will be shared at least 6–12 hours before the scheduled time

3. Remote Healing Delivery

Remote healing sessions are delivered as scheduled. You will receive:

  • A confirmation of timing

  • Optional post-healing notes or energy feedback (if mentioned in the package)

4. Digital Course Access

If you’ve enrolled in a course:

  • You’ll receive access via email or login credentials within 24–48 hours of payment

  • No physical shipment will occur

5. Failed Delivery or Access Issues

If you do not receive your access or session link, please reach out to:
