At Aparna Changalwala, we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process while respecting the time and energy commitment of both parties.

1. Session Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are considered non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule once, free of charge, if notice is given in time.

2. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and non-refundable.

3. Refund Conditions

  • No refunds will be given for services already delivered.

  • Refunds are not applicable on digital courses, remote healing, or webinars once access is granted.

  • If a service is cancelled from our side due to technical or personal reasons, the client may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.

4. Group Events/Webinars

  • Spots for live events or group healing sessions are limited. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for missed attendance.

  • If the event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued or the event will be rescheduled.
